We have in place, best management practices, which ensure that we do everything possible to protect you from down-stream environmental liability. These practices have been quite successful and to date, Pacific Iron & Metal has never been a federal Superfund site. (Superfund sites are polluted locations requiring a long-term response to clean-up hazardous material contaminations.)
